For over seventy years, and through three generations, our family has enjoyed a passion for wine tasting and now with our Unique Wine Club, we want to share it with our members!

Beginning in California, where we were born and raised we have been spoiled for choice as we watched the unique growth and development of a over 100 wine AVA's with their richly diverse terroir.  Coming out of that has been a fantastically diverse range of wines of terrific quality and character.  We've been spoiled by the opportunity to take as little as a few hours to visit tasting rooms, wineries and vineyards in this wonderfully accessible and diverse region.

Our first foray's out of California began in the 1970's with visits to the new wine regions of Oregon and Washington and later to the states of Virginia, Maryland, New York.

Starting in the 1980's our family began travelling to new regions around the world to share the fascination and enjoyment of meeting new friends and winemakers and sampling their wonderful wines.

Over the years, these travels have expanded to include multiple visits to Burgundy, Champagne, Beaujolais, Rhone, Loire, Alsace and Bordeaux in France, Tuscany, Sardinia, Sicily, Umbria, Lombardy, Lazio, and Campagna in Italy , Porto, Douro and Lisboa in Portugal, Mendoza and Uco Valley in Argentina, Maipo, Chile, South Africa, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, New Zealand, Uruguay, England & Wales, and China

And this year will be our first visit to Victoria and Western Australia!  Along the way we have uncovered really wonderful wines that most of the world knows nothing about.

So that is what Unique Wine Club is now all about:  to share with our members fantastic wines they almost never have tasted or heard about.
